Tezan Technology GEA Selected as 36Kr's '2026 Best AI Scenario Penetration Case'

In May 2026, Tezan Technology's GEA was selected as one of 36Kr's Best AI Scenario Penetration Cases, reconstructing the R&D decision-making chain and transforming product innovation from human dependency to a continuously operating intelligent system.

🏆 With GEA-driven product innovation practices, Tezan Technology has been selected as one of 36Kr's '2026 Best AI Scenario Penetration Cases'. Reason for selection: Product innovation GEA reconstructs the R&D decision-making chain.

After three months, 36Kr conducted a public solicitation and multi-dimensional review, ultimately releasing this list from 55 shortlisted cases across more than 10 key areas including smart manufacturing, healthcare, financial insurance, and retail e-commerce. The review advisory group consisted of industry authority experts, seasoned investors, and well-known scholars, with evaluation dimensions covering four core aspects: scenario penetration, commercial value, technological innovation, and replicability.

When releasing the report, 36Kr pointed out: If one word were to describe the current AI industry, 'landing' is somewhat outdated, while 'penetration' is more accurate. Penetration means that AI is no longer just a demo but is integrated into the daily operations of enterprises. The criteria for evaluation have also changed: whether an AI is excellent is no longer judged by technical parameters, but by how many problems it solves and how much verifiable, measurable, and replicable value it creates in real scenarios.

36Kr's systematic analysis of the 55 shortlisted cases identified a common characteristic: successful AI applications that penetrate industries mostly build a continuously operating proprietary capability system in specific business scenarios, with their value continuously growing as enterprise data and business judgments accumulate, forming time compounding.

Data from nearly a hundred buyer managers surveyed by 36Kr shows that the implementation of AI is not merely a technical issue, but a systemic project involving data, organization, systems, and business working together.

Product innovation is essentially a judgment-intensive task. From idea to decision, it requires a complete chain of information gathering, user validation, and competitive analysis, with traditional paths often taking one to two months. For AI to truly penetrate this scenario, it needs to address two things simultaneously: enabling information to enter decision-making faster; and allowing judgments to accumulate continuously, rather than resetting to zero with each project initiation.

In the product innovation scenario, from dairy to 3C, from fast-moving consumer goods to B2B industrial manufacturing, GEA is driving the reshaping of product decision-making processes. These cases cover different industries, scales, and data structures, collectively validating the same point: product innovation capability can shift from relying on human resources and project-based approaches to a continuously operating and accumulating system.
