As one of the largest hotel groups in the world, the company faces a typical operational paradox: how to maintain a unified high-end brand image globally while providing thousands of local hotels with sufficient marketing flexibility. There are many frontline market personnel who understand both business and service, but they often lack professional design skills. To break this bottleneck, the group collaborated with Tezign to establish the 'AI Lab', introducing 'content creation agents' aimed at democratizing design capabilities, allowing non-design background employees to easily produce high-quality brand content.

Challenges

In the daily operations of hotels, the 'last mile' of content is filled with efficiency pain points, forming an impossible triangle of 'quality-speed-cost':

1. Inconsistent Branding: Frontline market managers or administrative staff often deviate from global VI standards when creating menus, event posters, or social media images due to a lack of design training, leading to brand image damage and even 'tacky' promotions.

2. Lengthy Approval Processes: In the past, even modifying a price on a menu or adjusting a poster size required reliance on external agencies or the group's design center. This centralized production model resulted in long communication chains and long wait times, with simple modifications often taking days to complete, unable to respond to rapidly changing market demands.

3. High Costs and Uncontrollable Quality: Existing tools are either too specialized (requiring high learning costs) or too rudimentary (producing low-quality outputs). Long-term outsourcing of a large amount of 'long-tail' content production needs not only accumulated high costs but also resulted in inconsistent quality.

Solutions

The group deployed 'content creation agents' in the AI Lab, focusing on two core capabilities: 'template generation' and 'IP visual generation', reconstructing the internal content supply chain:

1. Template Generation (Design Equality): The agent acts as a 'virtual art director'. It is equipped with the brand's specifications and asset library, capable of generating intelligent templates. Non-design personnel only need to input text or select dish images, and the agent can automatically complete layout, color matching, and font adaptation, quickly generating high-end menus and posters themed like 'Spring Delight' and 'Autumn Flavors'.

2. IP Visual Generation (Asset Fission): For member IP images, producing visual materials for new scenes (such as skiing, afternoon tea, holiday celebrations) used to require expensive 3D rendering and professional teams. Now, the AI agent has learned the 3D style and character models of the IP, allowing employees to generate new scene IP visuals that align with brand tone through simple text descriptions, greatly enriching the marketing material library.

Results

The implementation of the AI Lab has brought about a significant efficiency revolution. The creation time for standardized content has been reduced from several days (including communication and revisions) to under 1 minute.

The system has successfully empowered hundreds of non-design background employees, transforming them into productive creators and building a self-service content community.
