Shared value
It matters beyond one enterprise and may affect an industry or a category of work.
Initiative
Agent is the means. Transformation is the product.
A long-term research and practice initiative led by Tezign. It brings enterprises, universities and research institutions, technology partners, and the wider ecosystem together to turn important questions without standard answers into shared research, real-world validation, and reusable outcomes.
Shared agenda
Agents entering real enterprise work must do more than complete tasks. They need to form judgment in context, carry work forward, and be tested against outcomes. The initiative focuses on three connected, long-term questions.
Study how agents use professional knowledge and enterprise context to form probabilistic understandings of people, then calibrate them through human research and real behavior.
Study how people and agents form, compare, and test judgment when evidence is incomplete and objectives compete.
Study how agents enter workflows, connect people and systems, handle exceptions, and carry work to verifiable business outcomes.
Real outcomes feed the next cycle of understanding, judgment, and action—improving methods, collaboration, and capability over time.
Conditions shared across every question
01Business value & evaluation
02Context, data & system connection
03Human-agent responsibility & organizational change
04Reliability, safety & governance
From question to project
Co-building does not begin with a predetermined answer or a required product. A question becomes a long-term project only when it combines shared value, genuine unknowns, and the conditions for real validation.
What makes a question worth co-building
It matters beyond one enterprise and may affect an industry or a category of work.
Existing methods do not yet answer it well enough; multiple forms of expertise are needed.
Real settings, participants, and evaluation conditions make evidence-based testing possible.
How a project moves
Set the scope, available evidence, validation goals, and limits of applicability.
Bring in the right participants and agree on responsibility, contribution, data use, and IP.
Run research, evaluations, prototypes, pilots, education, or longitudinal studies as the question requires.
Revise the method with evidence and outcomes, then publish authorized work others can continue to test.
Projects & progress
Follow the projects within each initiative from launch and research through interim findings, public outcomes, and related conversations. Browse by initiative to see how different questions are framed, tested, and turned into useful work.
Projects are now being formed. Once publication is authorized, this space will carry project launches, interim findings, and outcomes.
Propose a questionHow to participate
Participation does not require the purchase or use of Tezign products. We bring together the enterprises, researchers, technology partners, and industry participants each question needs.
Enterprises and industry organizations
Bring a question with shared value that can be tested in a real setting, then define the project with co-building partners.
Universities, research institutions, technology partners, and practitioners
Contribute research methods, industry experience, technology, data conditions, or validation environments to an active question.
All project participants
Turn validated and authorized findings into research, evaluations, prototypes, cases, courses, or public conversations.
Boundaries for openness
01Participants determine methods, technology routes, and outcomes around the question together.
02Only authorized projects, participants, and outcomes with enough context to be represented accurately are made public.
03Personal information, enterprise data, trade secrets, and intellectual property remain protected.
