Tezign × Fudan University Co-Build AI Management Research

Tezign officially reached a co-construction cooperation for AI management research with Fudan University's AI Lab, becoming one of the first strategic partners of Fudan University's AI Management Workshop.

As a top institution for business education and research in China, Fudan University's School of Management outputs management theoretical frameworks, teaching research networks, and talent cultivation systems, leading the definition of research problems and the construction of academic systems; Tezign, as a leading enterprise-level intelligent company, provides real business scenarios and technical validation tools, promoting the application of management research topics in the industry.

The co-construction focuses on one core proposition—How to reconstruct enterprise management paradigms in the AI era. The AI Management Workshop, built by the Innovation Management Research Center of Fudan University's School of Management, was officially launched on October 13, 2026, at the Fudan Management School's Innovation Pioneer Forum.

The AI Management Workshop does not engage in underlying algorithm development but focuses on answering four core propositions of AI and management: How will AI reshape management, how can enterprises complete AI transformation, what new capabilities do managers need, and how should business schools iterate their research, teaching, and talent cultivation systems.

The workshop adopts a "research + practice + talent cultivation" integrated model, with a research cycle of three years, selecting the first batch of 8 scenarios and 9 strategic partners to conduct AI management research, including signing agreements with companies like Fushang Group, Yusheng Science, Annuoqi, and Dingdong Maicai.

Among them, Fudan leads the proposal of management research topics, organizes professor teams to conduct academic breakthroughs, builds theoretical frameworks and evaluation systems for AI management, and promotes the upgrading of business school courses and talent cultivation; Tezign provides enterprise-level intelligent technology tools, opens real business scenarios and frontline data, and participates in empirical verification and industry case refinement of management research.

Enterprise AI transformation is primarily a management proposition; technology is just one variable. A widely recognized evaluation method determines whether the enterprise is genuinely improving or just becoming busier after the intelligent agents move from pilot to daily operations.

Agentic Transformation co-construction plan unites universities, research institutions, enterprises, and professional practitioners to jointly promote human-machine collaborative evaluation and management transformation and other cutting-edge topics.
