How is the Context System different from RAG?

RAG primarily retrieves relevant material before generation. The Context System also understands multimodal content across text, images, video, and audio; organizes entities, relationships, permissions, business state, time, and decision effect; and lets context trigger action. Validated judgment, feedback, and outcomes are then written back into enterprise memory.

Why is multimodal content an important part of enterprise context?

Enterprise judgment does not live only in structured data and documents. It is also carried by images, video, audio, version changes, review comments, and usage feedback. Understanding these assets and their business relationships gives agents a fuller view of enterprise reality than text alone.
