Call for Agentic Transformation Builders

In the past year, more and more companies have moved beyond the early stages of 'Should we use AI?' and 'Can technology achieve this?'. The real question now is more direct and challenging: how does AI adapt to existing management rules and authority boundaries when it enters real business, existing systems, and organizational processes? How can it participate in decision-making in complex judgments without standard answers? And how can it ultimately deliver measurable business results?

This is the fundamental distinction between enterprise-level agents and personal AI tools/Personal Agents.

Today, there is no shortage of generic agents or packaged technology 'full stacks' on the market. However, generic tools are more like a blank Excel sheet; what enterprises truly face is how to build a complete business model that supports multi-step collaboration, authority control, and complex processes on top of this sheet. No single vendor, model, or discipline can answer this question alone.

This is also the reason why Tezign Technology initiated the Agentic Transformation Initiative.

We hope to bring this discussion back from technicalities to real issues: how can AI better understand people, understand business, participate in judgment, and continuously create value in complex work without standard answers? Addressing these questions requires co-builders from various fields such as industry, research, education, creation, and technology to clearly define the problems, validate the methods, and bring real capabilities into practice.

Why now?

The transition from using AI to working with AI does not happen naturally.

Economist Paul David wrote in The Dynamo and the Computer: In the first few decades of electrification, factories merely replaced steam engines with electric motors while retaining old layouts and management practices, resulting in no significant increase in productivity; it wasn't until companies redesigned processes and organizations around electricity that the dividends were truly released. The role of agents in enterprises is akin to that of electric motors in factories—merely installing the technology is just the beginning; restructuring operational methods is the real turning point.

Having more tools does not equate to having new capabilities; generating once, analyzing once, and suggesting once does not mean that enterprises have truly gained sustained value. The real challenge is how to enable AI to stably participate in understanding, judgment, collaboration, and execution in real business, and how to ensure that results feed back into the next round of work, forming a capability for sustainable evolution.

This is particularly urgent today and is the core proposition of what Tezign believes is Agentic Transformation: Agents are a means, Transformation is the result. What we truly want to create is not more demonstrative agents, but new operational methods and continuous evolution capabilities for enterprises.

What kind of co-builders are we looking for?

This co-building initiative does not assume there is only one type of participant. As long as you are actively facing the question of 'How can AI truly change real business processes and operations?', you may become part of this initiative.

We welcome co-builders from the following directions:

■ Enterprise Practitioners

Teams and leaders who are advancing real business projects related to AI, agents, knowledge systems, process restructuring, user research, content production, product innovation, etc.

■ Industry Partners

Brands, platforms, institutions, and ecosystem partners looking to explore Agentic Transformation paths around common issues in a specific industry.

■ Researchers and Educators

Researchers and educators from universities, research institutions, and laboratories focusing on human-machine collaboration, agent evaluation, management transformation, user research, behavioral science, and other areas.

■ Technology and Product Teams

Product and technology teams focusing on agents, evaluation, contextual systems, research tools, long-term operational capabilities, etc.

■ Creators and Cross-disciplinary Practitioners

Teams and individuals focusing on agents, evaluation, contextual systems, research tools, long-term operational capabilities, etc.

We especially welcome those who already have real problems, real projects, and real constraints. Because the most important aspect of this co-building is not to remain at the conceptual level, but to enter the real world to define, research, validate, and advance.

*Specific co-building methods will be announced at the event.

How will the co-building unfold?

This initiative will not be designed as a one-time event, nor will it be just a loose 'interest community'. It is more like an open research and practice network aimed at long-term issues.

Around Agentic Transformation, we will focus on three long-term directions for co-building:

In terms of specific methods, co-building may include but is not limited to:

Collaborative Research on Real Problems

Jointly defining problems, breaking down scenarios, forming research hypotheses, and validation paths around a specific industry or business issue.

Project Co-building and Experiments

Validating research in real business, forming phased samples, pilot projects, or benchmarks.

Method and Evaluation Accumulation

Jointly defining what it means to 'do it right', how to evaluate human-machine collaborative judgment, and how to solidify results into reusable methods.

Content and Outcome Output

Documenting as research articles, teaching cases, industry shares, special reports, white papers, or other open outcomes.

Long-term Ecological Connections

Facilitating ongoing dialogue between enterprises, research institutions, technology partners, and creators, rather than one-time interactions.

We do not expect all co-building to point to the same outcome. Some may result in research, some in cases, some in methods, and some in new collaboration projects. What matters is that they all start from real problems and provide more reliable answers to 'How do people and agents jointly reshape business processes and create value?'
