Introduction
Tezign (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Tezign", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting user privacy. In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, we have adopted this Tezign Website Privacy Policy (this "Privacy Policy") to explain how we collect, use, share, transfer, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use our products and services, and how you may access, correct, or delete that information.
This Privacy Policy applies only to products and services provided by Tezign. It does not apply to products or services provided by third parties, which are governed by the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policy. Please protect your personal information and provide it to third parties only when necessary.
This Privacy Policy primarily applies where we act as a personal information processor in operating the Tezign website and providing user accounts and related product features. Where we process data on behalf of an enterprise customer, the applicable contract, data processing agreement, or other specific agreement between Tezign and that customer will take precedence. The enterprise customer is responsible for providing required notices to relevant individuals and obtaining any necessary authorization or consent.
The categories of personal information involved, and the ways in which that information is processed, may vary by product, feature, account type, and use case. We process personal information only within a reasonable and necessary scope based on the features you actually use. Additional notices may be provided through product pages, interactive prompts, pop-ups, or supplemental rules.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before accessing or using our products and services. By using our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, including any updates made in accordance with the section titled "How This Policy Is Updated".
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our processing of personal information, contact us at support@tezign.com or through our online customer service. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, please stop accessing or using the relevant products and services.
How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
Personal information means information recorded electronically or by other means that, alone or in combination with other information, identifies a particular natural person or reflects the activities of a particular natural person. It does not include anonymized information.

- Cookies are small text files stored on a computer, mobile device, or other terminal when a user accesses or uses a service. They may be used to recognize a device or browser, maintain login status, remember preferences, protect account and service security, measure service usage, and improve the user experience. Cookies do not ordinarily identify a natural person on their own; where cookie data can identify a person when combined with other information, we protect it as personal information.
- We use cookies to keep the website functioning, understand service usage, and support promotional activities. We do not use cookies for purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliate intends to change the processing purpose, it must obtain any consent required by law.
- Transaction counterparties: Where you enter into a transaction with another party, we may share information as provided in the applicable agreement. Sharing is limited to lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and the counterparty may access only the information required for the transaction.
- Suppliers and service providers: We may engage partners to provide services or perform functions on our behalf, such as email verification, analytics, or technical support. These partners may include cloud and hosting providers, content-delivery and network providers, communications providers, analytics providers, customer-support and security providers, and, where applicable, payment, invoicing, and transaction-processing providers. Access is limited to information necessary to perform the relevant function. We require service providers to process personal information only for agreed purposes and under appropriate security and confidentiality obligations.

The administrator is responsible for its independent access and processing activities.

How We Protect and Retain Your Personal Information
1. Our technologies and measures to protect your personal information
- We have obtained Multi-Level Protection Scheme (MLPS) Level 3 certification and certifications under ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management and ISO/IEC 27017 for cloud security controls. These internationally recognized standards support a systematic and continuously improving approach to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
- We use security safeguards consistent with recognized industry practices, including governance policies, technical controls, and periodic vulnerability scanning, to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, or alteration and of data damage or loss.
- We will take risk-appropriate management, technical and organizational measures based on the nature of personal information, processing scenarios and possible risks. However, there is no absolute security in the Internet environment, and the aforementioned measures do not constitute a guarantee that any risks can be avoided.
- Tezign uses encryption technologies such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) and provides services over HTTPS to protect user data in transit.
- We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve relevant disputes, and satisfy legal requirements. Retention periods take into account the processing purpose, service term, amount and sensitivity of information, potential risk, user choices, dispute-resolution needs, and applicable law. At the end of the applicable period, we delete or anonymize the information. Backup copies may remain for a reasonable period to support system resilience and disaster recovery. Where immediate deletion from a backup is not reasonably feasible, we isolate the data, restrict access, and delete or anonymize it when the backup is updated or overwritten.
- Access to personal information is limited to Tezign and affiliate personnel who need it for their work. We maintain access controls and monitoring mechanisms and require persons with access to personal information to comply with confidentiality obligations. A failure to do so may result in disciplinary or legal consequences.
- The Internet is not completely secure, and communications through email, instant messaging, or social platforms may not be fully encrypted. Use strong passwords and take appropriate care when sharing personal information through those channels.
- If you transact with a third party through the Tezign website, you may need to disclose contact details or other personal information to that party. Protect your personal information and disclose it only when necessary.
- If a personal information security incident occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law, including information about the nature and potential impact of the incident, measures taken or planned, steps you may take to reduce risk, and available remedies. We may notify you by email, letter, telephone, text message, or another reasonable method. Where individual notice is impracticable, we may issue a public notice. We will also report the incident and our response to competent authorities where required.
- If you have questions about our protection of personal information, or believe your information or account credentials may have been compromised, contact us promptly using the details in the "How to Contact Us" section so that we can take appropriate measures.
2. Storage of your personal information
- Personal information collected and generated through our operations in the People's Republic of China is stored within China, except where a specific product, enterprise service, or scenario is separately disclosed in accordance with law.
- If a product feature or business arrangement requires a future cross-border transfer of personal information, we will satisfy applicable requirements, which may include notice, separate consent, a security assessment, certification, or standard contractual clauses. We will also take reasonable measures to require the overseas recipient to process the information as agreed.
- If we discontinue a service or cease operations, we will provide at least thirty days' advance notice and, following termination, delete or anonymize your personal information unless retention is required by law (for example, applicable cybersecurity rules may require relevant network logs to be retained for at least six months) or a reasonable extension is necessary for finance, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
